FAQ
❓ Frequently Asked Questions
1. Are your pieces really handmade?
Yes. Every single piece is hand-sculpted, detailed, and finished by our artist. No molds, no mass production — only original craftsmanship.
2. How long does it take to make one bead?
Each bead takes several days to weeks depending on the complexity. We believe in slow creation, not rushing art.
3. Will I get the exact same piece as shown in the photos?
No — and that’s the beauty of it.
Each item is one-of-a-kind, so yours will have slight differences in detail, expression, or finish. No two Oni are ever the same.
4. Do you accept custom orders?
We’re currently focused on original works only. Custom commissions may open in the future — follow us on Instagram or subscribe to our newsletter for updates.
5. What material are your beads made of?
Our beads are crafted using a range of precious metals including gold, silver, platinum, copper, 18k, and 22k alloys.
Each piece is built through a meticulous multi-part soldering technique, allowing different metals to be seamlessly fused into a single form. The result is a solid, unified structure with rich, layered color expression — no paints, no shortcuts.
6. Are these just for wearing?
Not just. Many of our collectors use them as totems, altar pieces, or spiritual symbols — each Oni holds a story and energy of its own.
7. How can I care for my bead?
Keep it away from harsh chemicals or drops. Wipe gently with a soft cloth. These are small works of art — treat them with respect, and they’ll last a lifetime.
8. Can I return or exchange my Oni piece?
Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of each Oni piece, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Every item is individually carved, assembled, and finished with ceremonial precision. Slight variations in color, texture, and expression are a natural part of the creation process — they are what make each piece one of a kind.
We ask for your understanding and encourage you to reach out before purchase if you have any questions about size, symbolism, or materials.
